Three fabrication methods for elbows:
l Hot pressing
Push machine, core mold and heating equipment are required. The tube blank after blanking is sleeved on the core mold. It is pushed, heated and shaped at the same time. This kind of * has a fast production speed and is suitable for batch production. The elbows produced are beautiful in appearance and uniform in thickness.
l Stamping
According to different materials, cold pressing or hot pressing can be selected to put the tube blank into the outer mold. After the upper and lower molds are combined, the tube blank moves along the gap reserved between the inner mold and the outer mold under the push of the press to complete the forming process.
l Medium plate welding
The medium plate welding is aimed at the production of large elbows. First cut two medium plates, and then press them into half of the elbow profile with a press, and then weld the two profiles together. In this way, the elbow will have two welds. Therefore, after the fabrication, the welds must be tested to meet the standard.
